Move client money in and out — without building bank integrations.
We build and run every bank integration for your wealth or brokerage platform — instant account funding, fast client payouts, and automated reconciliation across all your banks in APAC and worldwide. Your engineers never touch a bank protocol.
Funding and payouts are where clients feel the friction.
Slow funding loses sign-ups; slow withdrawals trigger tickets; manual reconciliation eats ops. A single new bank can take months; the same transaction shows up in six formats; a client who can't fund in two minutes leaves.

"As we had first hand experience integrating with another bank, we wanted to avoid the amount of time spent on project management and support. Acme provided a straightforward and streamlined platform, and had domain expertise in understanding how to integrate faster with the banking partner we chose."

“Even before we did any marketing, we saw a lot of organic adoption for eGIRO since we introduced this new, instant method of collections. 50% of new adopters were from customers who have never used eGIRO before.”
FAQ
Does Acme hold our clients' money or touch our client-money accounts?
No. Acme is a non-regulated technology layer, not a bank, and never holds funds. Client deposits and withdrawals move directly between your clients' banks and the accounts you hold in your own name, including the accounts you use for client money. Acme sends instructions, returns statuses and gives you the transaction data to reconcile. Acme is ISO 27001:2022 certified, keeps data on AWS in Singapore, and gives your team role-based access with an audit log.
How quickly will a client's deposit show up on our platform?
For eGIRO, in under 2 minutes: StashAway cut the time to receive and recognise eGIRO deposits from 2–4 business days to under 2 minutes with Acme. For bank transfers, Acme sends a webhook as soon as the bank's real-time or near real-time notification arrives, then deduplicates it against intraday and end-of-day statements, so the same deposit isn't processed twice. Giving each client a named virtual account maps every deposit straight to the right client.
Will our clients actually use eGIRO to fund their accounts?
The evidence says yes. When StashAway introduced instant eGIRO through Acme, 50% of new eGIRO adopters had never used eGIRO before, and that was before any marketing. Clients link their bank once by logging in to their own bank and approving, which takes under 2 minutes, then fund in real time or on a recurring schedule from your app. Eleven Singapore payer banks support eGIRO, including DBS, OCBC, UOB, Standard Chartered and MariBank.
How do client withdrawals and FX conversions work?
You pay clients out from your own bank account through the same API. Acme sends single or batch payments over local rails such as FAST, GIRO and MEPS, or by telegraphic transfer, and returns the bank's final status and reference. You can require maker-checker approval before a payment is released. For foreign-currency redemptions, you can look up indicative rates and, where you have pre-agreed pricing with your bank, book the FX trade through the API. Rails vary by bank.
We already have a DBS integration. Why add Acme?
To add more banks and capabilities without another in-house build. Acme has 40+ clients live with DBS and connects you to other banks, such as OCBC, UOB, Citibank, HSBC and Standard Chartered, through the same REST API. Fields and rails differ by bank, but your code talks to one interface. Before go-live, we test every bank and currency pair; after it, we handle bank changes and migrations. A new bank typically goes live in 6–8 weeks.
Can each client have a dedicated account for deposits?
Yes, through static virtual accounts. Acme creates a named virtual account for each client on your bank account, and every credit to it carries that virtual account number, so deposits reconcile to the right client automatically. Virtual accounts support collecting on behalf of your clients, with the client's details attached, and paying on their behalf. Availability and naming rules vary by bank; DBS, for example, allows virtual account names of up to 50 characters.
