Go live with your banks in 6 to 8 weeks, not months.

Opening a business account alone can take up to three months. Acme runs the bank project from kick-off to go-live and builds your connection while the account is being opened, so you're not waiting on one to start the other.

Acme builds your connection while the bank opens your account, so the two run side by side instead of one after the other.

From kick-off to go-live in 6 to 8 weeks

On your own, opening accounts can take up to three months before integration even starts, and a direct bank project can run for many months more. With Acme, your connection is built and tested while the account is opened, so teams typically go live in 6 to 8 weeks.

1. Kick-off

We meet the bank's implementation team with you and agree the plan, the documents and the timeline.

2. Open and build, in parallel

While the bank opens your account, your team integrates with Acme in test mode, which mirrors how the bank behaves, including scenarios we've seen in UAT and production.

3. UAT with the bank

Acme runs UAT with the bank. We've connected to these banks before, across API and host-to-host, so it takes weeks, not months.

4. Live validation and go-live

We validate every account and currency live before you go into production, so nothing surprises you on day one.

FAQ

  • How long does it take to go live?

Typically 6 to 8 weeks from kick-off. Opening an account alone can take up to three months, so Acme builds and tests your connection while the account is being opened instead of waiting for it.

  • Do you open the bank account for us?

No. The bank opens the account and runs its own checks. Acme tells you exactly what the bank needs, from documents to authorisation letters, and follows up with the bank's team until it's done.

  • What does our team need to do?

Sign the bank's forms and approvals, integrate once with Acme's API in test mode, and sign off go-live. Acme handles the bank-specific work.

  • What is test mode?

A test environment that mirrors how each bank behaves, including scenarios we've seen in UAT and production. Your team can build and test against it before the bank connection is live.

  • Which banks can you onboard us with?

We work with 25 banks across Asia and beyond, over API and host-to-host. See our Bank coverage page for the full list, or tell us where you need to bank.

  • What happens after go-live?

We monitor every connection, investigate production issues, coordinate with the bank and raise tickets on your behalf. We also keep improving the platform based on what we see in production.

  • Should we connect over API or host-to-host?

It depends on the bank and what you need from it. Some banks offer real-time APIs, others work best over host-to-host files. We recommend the channel for each bank, and your team integrates once with Acme either way.
