Move · Payment rails · Direct debit & ACH

Direct debit and batch payments, through one API.

Recurring collections and batch payouts run on file formats and mandate flows that differ by bank and market. Acme builds and runs them, so you collect with eGIRO or eDDA and pay out over GIRO or ACH through the same API.

Why run direct debit and ACH through Acme

Mandates in minutes

Customers authorise an eGIRO or eDDA mandate online, then you collect against it.

No cards to expire

Pull straight from the customer's bank account, with no card MDR and no chargebacks.

Batches via API, not files

Send a batch through the API. Acme builds each bank's file and tracks every payment in it.

Live in 4 to 6 weeks

Acme runs the most live eGIRO integrations in Singapore, so we know each bank's process.

Available in the following markets

Pick direct debit or batch payouts to see the local rails Acme connects in each market.

Rails Acme has built, by market. Which ones you can use depends on the banks you hold accounts with. For banks by market, see Bank coverage.

Mandates and collections through one API

Create a mandate once, then collect against it one payment at a time or in a batch. Acme sends you a webhook at every step.

FAQ

  • Can we use every rail listed?

The list shows the rails Acme has built in each market. Which ones you can use depends on where you hold accounts and what each bank approves for you. Tell us your banks and we'll confirm, or see Bank coverage for banks by market.

  • How do customers set up an eGIRO mandate?

They authorise it online with their own bank, and you're told when it's approved. After that you can collect against it. See the eGIRO pages for the full flow.

  • Do we need to build bank files for batch payouts?

No. Send the batch through Acme's API. We build each bank's file, send it, and track every payment in it to a final status.

  • How long does eGIRO take to go live?

Typically 4 to 6 weeks. Acme runs the most live eGIRO integrations in Singapore, so we know what each bank needs.

  • Don't see your market or need a bank that isn't listed? Tell us what you need.
