Your banks, inside the AI tools your team already uses.
Ask for balances, payment status and transactions in plain language, and let an agent draft payments for approval. Agents can look and prepare. Only a person in your organization can send money.
At a glance
What your team can do from your app
Agents can look and prepare. Only a person in the Acme app can approve or send a payment.
Answers straight from your banks
AI is only as good as the data it reads. Most finance data sits in bank portals, file exports and spreadsheets, each with its own format and update times.
Acme connects directly to your banks and puts every account into one format. So an agent reads the same balances and payment statuses your team sees in Acme, not a file someone exported last week.
Connect your AI tools to Acme
One server URL. Add Acme to the assistant or coding agent your team already uses.
How it works
1. Connect your AI app
Your admin adds Acme to the AI or chat app your team uses. It's a one-time setup.
2. Sign in on Acme
Each person signs in on Acme's own page and chooses what the agent may do. The AI app never sees the password.
3. Ask, find, prepare
Work in plain language from the chat. Answers come straight from your connected banks.
4. Approve in Acme
Drafted payments wait in Acme. A colleague reviews and approves before any money moves.
What an agent can never do
Agents prepare. Human approval.
Every request is checked against the person's current access and your company's settings. Every action is logged with who asked, from which app and when. Access expires on a date you set, and you can remove any connected app in one click. If something looks wrong, Acme can switch an AI app off straight away.
FAQ
Can an AI agent send money?
No. Agents can view your bank data and, if you allow it, prepare a payment. Sending or approving a payment always needs a person in the Acme app, and the person who prepared a payment can't approve it.
Which AI and chat apps will it work with?
We're starting with the AI assistants and chat apps teams use at work, including Claude, ChatGPT, Slack and Microsoft Teams, and adding more over time. Tell us which ones your team uses.
Does the AI app see our passwords or bank credentials?
No. Each person signs in on Acme's own page. The AI app only gets limited, time-bound access to what that person allowed, and never sees passwords or bank credentials.
What can each person let the agent do?
Viewing is on by default. Preparing payments is opt-in for each person, and only to receivers your company has paid before. Your company's own settings in Acme always apply on top.
Can we turn it off?
Yes. Access expires on a date you set, and you can remove any connected app at any time. Every request is logged, so you can see who asked what, from which app and when.
How is this different from the Acme dashboard or API?
The dashboard and API don't change. This is another way in: your team asks in plain language from their AI app instead of logging in or writing code. It uses the same bank data and the same permissions you've set in Acme.
Is our data used to train AI models?
Acme doesn't use your data to train AI models. The AI app you connect handles what it reads under your agreement with that app's provider, so check its data and training settings for your workspace.
When will it be available?
It's coming soon. We'll roll it out in stages, starting with view-only access, then payment preparation. Talk to us if you'd like to hear when it reaches your team.
