Collect, pay out and see your cash across every bank.
Finance and ops teams juggle bank portals and file formats to collect, pay and check balances.
Acme gives you one unified API and one dashboard for all three, across every bank you connect.
Money in
Bank transfers in
Payers send money from their own bank. You're notified as it lands where the bank sends real-time notices, and statements confirm it later.
Virtual accounts
Give each customer or entity its own account number, so every credit is easy to match.
PayNow QR and checkout
Let payers scan a PayNow QR, pay by FPS in Hong Kong, or pay on a hosted page with PayNow, PayLah! or FPX.
Direct debit
Collect against eGIRO, eDDA or FPX mandates your customers authorise once.
Cash Visibility
Payment controls
Approvals
A second pair of eyes before money moves.
Set per account. Details in the API docs.
Status tracking
Know where every payment is.
Statuses follow the bank's own answers.
AI agents
Ask and prepare from your AI tools.
See the AI agents page for what's coming.
Your bank and your company settings in Acme always apply on top.
Money out
Pay suppliers, customers and partners on each market's local rails or cross-border, with one request format and a final status for every payment.
FAQ
Which payment methods can we use?
It depends on your banks and markets. The real-time, cross-border and RTGS, and direct debit and ACH pages list every rail by market and the bank behind it. Tell us where you bank and we'll confirm what you can use.
Does Acme hold our funds?
No. Money moves between your own bank accounts and your payers or payees. You keep custody with your bank.
How do we know a payment went through?
Every payment moves to a final status based on the bank's answer, with the bank's reference or its reason for rejecting it. We send a webhook on every change, and you can see it in the dashboard.
Can we require approval before payments go out?
Yes. Turn on maker-checker and a second person must approve each payment before anything is sent to the bank.
Do we get balances and statements too?
Yes. Balances, transactions and bank statements for every connected account, through the same API and dashboard.
How long does it take to go live?
Typically 6 to 8 weeks per bank. Acme runs the bank project from kick-off to go-live; see Account onboarding for how.
