Intrabank transfers, payroll and tax payments, through one API.
Moving money between your own accounts, running payroll and paying tax each use a different bank service and file format. Acme connects them for you, so finance teams send them the same way as every other payment.
Why run these payments through Acme
Same-bank transfers, no clearing
Book transfers move money between accounts at the same bank without going through a clearing network.
Payroll on the bank's own service
Send salary payments in bulk on the bank's payroll service, with each payment tracked.
Tax and bills in the right format
Barcodes, biller codes and tax fields are mapped to each bank's format, such as JomPAY, BPAY and Brazil tax payments.
Followed to a final status
We track each payment until the bank confirms it, and give you the bank's reason if it's rejected.
Available in the following markets
Pick intrabank, payroll or tax and bills to see what Acme connects in each market.
The same request as every other payment
A book transfer uses the same payment request as any other rail. Acme builds the bank's format and sends you a webhook when the bank answers.
FAQ
Can we use every rail listed?
The list shows the rails Acme has built in each market. Which ones you can use depends on where you hold accounts and what each bank approves for you. Tell us your banks and we'll confirm, or see Bank coverage for banks by market.
What is a book transfer?
A transfer between two accounts held at the same bank. It's booked inside the bank rather than sent through a clearing network, so it's often the fastest and cheapest way to move money between your own accounts or to a payee at the same bank.
Can you run payroll for us?
We send the salary payments you instruct to your bank's payroll service and track each one. Calculating pay, deductions and statutory contributions stays with your payroll system.
Which tax and bill payments are supported?
JomPAY in Malaysia, BPAY in Australia, tax payments in Vietnam, and tax (barcode), boleto and utility bill payments in Brazil. Tell us the payee or biller and we'll confirm.
