Disburse loans and collect repayments across every bank — in weeks.
We build and run every bank integration for you, then keep it running. One API to pay out loans, collect repayments by eGIRO and direct debit, and reconcile every cent the moment it lands — across your banks in APAC and worldwide.

Lending lives or dies on the money movement.
A loan isn't done when it's approved — it's done when cash lands in the borrower's account, and the repayment lands back in yours.

Each bank has its own payout format, file spec and cut-off.

We build and run it

FAQ
Does Acme hold loan disbursements or borrower repayments?
No. Acme is a non-regulated technology layer, not a bank, and never holds funds. Disbursements go directly from your bank account to the borrower's, and repayments come directly from the borrower's bank into accounts held in your name. Acme sends the instructions, returns the bank's status and reports each transaction for reconciliation. Your accounts and bank credentials stay yours, and Acme stores credentials PGP-encrypted, per customer and per bank.
How do we match repayments to the right loan?
Give each borrower or loan its own static virtual account. Every repayment credited to it carries that virtual account number, so it maps to the right loan without manual matching. Acme combines real-time notifications with intraday and end-of-day statements and deduplicates them, so each repayment is reported once and a missed notification still shows up from the statement. Funding Societies saves more than 600 hours a year on recognition and reconciliation with Acme.
How long until we can disburse and collect through Acme?
Typically 6–8 weeks for a bank integration, compared with 6–10 months in-house, and eGIRO collections typically go live in 4–6 weeks. Acme manages the bank-side project, including requirements, testing and live validation, while your team builds once against our REST API in test mode. Bank-side onboarding varies by bank. Funding Societies went live in under three months, with Acme handling the backend integration and bank coordination.
Which repayment collection methods and payout rails do you support?
For collections, eGIRO direct debit in Singapore, where Acme has the most live eGIRO integrations, plus direct debit in Malaysia (FPX) and Hong Kong (eDDA). Borrowers authorise once at their own bank, and you then collect single or batch debits. For disbursements, you can send single or batch payments over FAST, GIRO, MEPS and telegraphic transfer in Singapore, and local rails in other markets. Rails and fields vary by bank.
What happens if a bank changes its systems while our loans are running?
Acme absorbs the change so collections and disbursements keep running. We maintain each bank connection and keep our API backward compatible, and we shielded a client through Standard Chartered's core-banking upgrade. If a bank needs new data from you, such as fuller beneficiary details under ISO 20022 (CBPR+), we publish the field changes in our changelog in advance. During scheduled bank maintenance, the API returns a clear HTTP 503 so you can retry later.
We already connect to one bank directly. Why use Acme?
To add banks and collection methods without another build. Your team integrates once with Acme's REST API, then adds banks, eGIRO or virtual accounts as you grow, with each bank's fields documented. Acme tests every bank and currency pair before go-live and handles bank changes afterwards, so your engineers aren't maintaining bank specifications. Acme has 50+ integrations across 25 banks and 80+ customers, including 40+ clients live with DBS.
